Help with connection

If you need help logging in

  • to Omnivox
  • to Office 365 (including Teams)
  • the Cégep’s computer equipment (e.g., Wi-Fi, printers, computers, etc.)

If there's a problem connecting to Wi-Fi

  1. Go to your device’s settings, then to your Wi-Fi settings.
  2. Choose the option for ” Forget Network “.
  3. Resume the connection.

Forgot your password

In Omnivox, you can recover the forgotten password or change it. It will be synced with your Microsoft master key again.
