Some classes are given remotely using the Léa “Classe à distance” extension, which is paired with the Zoom videoconferencing service. Before your first class:
- Install Zoom on your computer. If needed, you can install the app on your mobile device through Zoom’s download page.
- Test your equipment at zoom.us/test.
- Open Omnivox 10 minutes before your class and click on “Join Your Class” in “What’s New?”
Unless otherwise specified, the Omnivox “Virtual Classroom” module is used to establish the link to the class. The teacher may decide to use another platform. In this case, indications will be provided in the course information sheet.
