Student association
The student association works to defend the rights and interests of students on your campus. It supports numerous projects and activities to energize student life. You have the right to speak and vote at the association’s general meetings. These meetings deal with topics that affect the daily life of the student community: it is therefore important to attend them. Do not hesitate to consult the members of the association’s board of directors to share your suggestions and comments, since these people will be your representatives all year long.

Sustainable Development Committee
Each campus has a committee made up of students and staff members who promote initiatives that promote sustainable development and respect for the environment. You can get involved to make a difference.

Student Committees
Consult your student association or the person responsible for student life to find out about the different committees that exist on your campus and that you can join.
Theme Clubs
On each campus, you will find clubs organized around various fields of interest: entrepreneurship, outdoors, women’s outdoors, aquaponics, etc.
Getting involved abroad
The Cégep is very active internationally and offers several mobility opportunities to its students. To learn more, visit the International Cooperation section of the Cégep website.
If you have a mobility project in mind as part of your program, a course, or an internship, you must first discuss it with your teachers. The project must then be approved by the person responsible for student mobility to be supported by the Cégep. You will thus receive support in terms of developing the project, but also in terms of logistical organization, financing, and security.
Given the large number of projects carried out internationally, the Cégep can also offer you some. Calls for interest are published in the memos of the Director of Studies
Do you want to carry out a project outside your field of study? Other possibilities are offered by mobility organizations. Consult the ofqj.org.
