Subject to having registered with its API, the Cégep recognizes the status of student parent according to one of these situations:
- Student who is at least 20 weeks pregnant;
- Student single parents with children under 18 years of age on September 30 of the school year;
- Students who live with their child (or the child of their spouse) under the age of 18 on September 30 of the school year (marital status), in shared or full custody.
