Gaspé's Campus

Housing

The campus is located in downtown Gaspé, close to all services. You have two choices when it comes to housing on the Gaspé campus: live within walking distance of the campus in the student residence dedicated to our community, or choose to live in an off-campus housing of your choice.

On-Campus Housing

The Gaspé campus residence is the ideal place to stay during your studies. Located on the campus, it is just a few meters from the main building, which includes the library, the computer labs, and the school store. The sports pavilion is also just a few steps away from the student residence.

Inside the residence, you will have access to a laundry service ($), a personal post office box, a study room, a room to store bicycles and outdoor equipment, and a recreation room (home theater, pool table, etc.). The residence can accommodate up to 255 people and offers two types of accommodation: apartments or pavilion rooms.

For a new tenant in January, the first payment is due when the lease is signed.

For a Groupe Collegia student, the date on which the first payment is made is determined by the time the course begins. Subsequent payments shall be made monthly, on the first day of the month for the duration of the lease.

For a foreign student, the payment of the first rent (August) can be done at the signature of the lease, once arrived in Québec.

Please note that the lease cannot be terminated during a session (see the Residence Rules).

Reservation Procedures

The rental request form for the winter 2025 session is now available. Due to high anticipated demand, it is likely that we will need to establish a waiting list.  Although we do our best to accommodate each student’s preferences, we may not be able to accommodate all specific requests.

The form will be unavailable from January 15, 2025, and will become available again on February 3, 2025.
