Violent or malicious person

Here are the safety instructions to follow in the presence of a violent or malicious person.

If you see a violent or malicious person on the premises :

    • Always put your own safety, and that of fellow occupants, first.
    • Immediately notify the person in charge by calling:
      • Gaspé campus: 418 368-2201, extension 8888 
      • Magdalen Islands campus: 418 986-5187, extension 2222 
      • Carleton-sur-Mer campus: 418 364-3341, extension 4444 
      • École des pêches et de l’aquaculture du Québec : 418 385-2241, extension 3333

       

 

    • If you do not get an answer at one of the above numbers, please call 9 1 1.

 

    • Provide your name and exact location in the building, as well as the nature of the event in progress. Give as much detail as possible about the situation:
        • Physical description of person and clothing;

       

        • Direction taken and means of escape;

       

        • Exact time and place of event.

       

       

 

 

  • Assist anyone in danger, unless doing so would compromise your own safety.
