Accommodation for workers

During the summer period, the Cégep de la Gaspésie et des Îles residence of the Gaspé campus provides apartments for workers. Rooms can be rented for stays of two weeks or more.  

A great deal in downtown Gaspé

Located at the foot of the mountain, in the very heart of Gaspé, the CEGEP residence is a type of accommodation that offers a very advantageous formula to workers.  

From June 8 to August 3, 2025, it is possible to rent a room in one of its apartments (each containing four to six bedrooms) for stays of a minimum of two weeks. Tenants of the same apartment share common areas, including the kitchen and bathroom. A paid laundry room is available at the residence’s reception desk.

The apartments

Each apartment includes: 

  • A kitchen with stove, refrigerator, counter, cupboards, storage, shelves, table, chairs, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, dish towels; 
  • A bathroom with shower, toilet, towels and washcloths; 
  • Wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi). 

 

Important notes: 

  • Tenants are responsible for the maintenance of the apartment and bedding during their stay. 
  • The residence and all the CEGEP grounds are non-smoking.
