This is an ideal job for a student attending the Cégep de la Gaspésie et des Îles.

Your role with us

The principal and customary work of the employee in this employment class consists in ensuring the coordination of a set of administrative tasks from a specific area of activity.

Please note that training will be provided.

What we are looking for

To apply for this position, the student must:

  • be a registered full-time student for the fall 2022 session;
  • be bilingual (English/French);
  • Circulation (loans and returns of documents);
  • Shelving of books in the stacks;
  • Processing of documents (putting on stickers, scanning cover pages, etc.);
  • If need be, he performs any other related tasks.

Candidates admissible to the Work/Study Program will be given priority. The objective of this program is to offer work to students in significant financial need.

Tests : Candidates will be required to meet the language proficiency requirements set by the CEGEP. You will find here suggestions for preparing for French tests. Other tests may be required.
