Asking for Help: Reassuring, Legitimate and Human!

The Cégep de la Gaspésie et des Îles and the École des pêches et de l’aquaculture du Québec offer the services of a psychosocial team for any personal problems that may affect the personal and academic well-being of their community members. Whether it is to better manage your stress, to overcome family problems or because you are experiencing personal difficulties, you will find the listening and attention you need. 

Some campuses also offer consultation services with a nurse. To learn more or to make an appointment, consult our support team (below).
